A few words about me

Life long athlete and experienced trainer

I believe that all women deserve to feel incredible. That doesn't happen with a fad diet, over-exercising or cutting calories. It's all about self-love, balance in all things, and it's in all of us, and yes... It's in you too!

I have been working in the fitness industry for 10+ years as well as competed in the  KW Natural Classic where I won 2nd place in the Figure Category.

  • How can I work with you?

    Outdoors bootcamps with groups of 4-9 people. Bootcamps are open to anyone beginner to advanced athletes but is ideal for individuals who like to work in a group setting. Participants will need a gym mat and a set of dumbbells.

    For those looking for more individualized plans and support, I offer 1-on-1 training.  The duration and equipment are dependant on the personalized plan that's developed.  Perfect for those with specific goals or limitations that need a personalized approach.

    For those looking for a robust program to do at home, The 12-Week Mind + Body Transformation program is just for you. The program includes virtual strength, cardio, flexibility, yoga, and bootcamp classes. As well as a nutrition plan, weekly recipes, group support. If you are looking for a lifestyle transformation and ready to make series health changes.

  • I've never done fitness training before, am I ready?

    Absolutely no problem.  All of the programs and classes have modifications. The 1-on-1 training plans are developed with your abilities and goals in mind.

  • Do I need equipment?

    The majority of the workouts require an exercise mat, and we frequently use dumbells (hand weights). In the event other equipment is needed, you'll be made aware ahead of time and I can provide recommendations on what to purchase and where to buy.

  • Does your programs include nutritional help?

    The 12-Week Mind + Body Transformation program does include nutrition plans.  The 1:1 training can include a portion related to nutrition, please make sure to mention this during your initial consultation so that it can be included in the plan.
